Raymond L. Horn

Ray is a strategic entrepreneurial thinker who leads, manages, and develops processes to radically improve business dynamics, leading to its success. He comes with profound sales & operations experience which is beneficial to the management. His previous stint was with Internet America, where he played the role of Executive Vice President and Chief Operations Officer. Ray will be involved with COLDFALL to execute the aggressive expansion.

Lynn Brown

Lynn comes with over 15 years of experience in Accounting Management, Financial Analysis and Budgeting. With her prolonged experience, Lynn will have the resource-flexibility to complete the continuity needs of the business. Lynn has been associated with multiple international corporations and has the technical know-how in terms of compliance and reporting guidelines. Lynn will prove to be COLDFALL’s asset while she brings proven methodologies in terms of Tax Returns, Audit and Reporting to save the company’s working capital.

Chico comes to Coldfall excited about cleaning up the earth and helping to make the world better for Humanity. He has over 30 years of professional business, and technical experience in accounting, automation, construction, finance, management, manufacturing, troubleshooting, and, testing. He has worked with major corporations such as Bank of America, Chase Bank, Cisco System, Rockwell Collins, Siemens, and the U.S. Department of Defense.

Mr. Rhasiatry holds a BBA in Management from the College of William & Mary, Mason School of Business Administration, Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Akron, College of Engineering, and numerous certificates.

With an accounting background and extensive human resource experience in private and public settings his expertise is in management and financial systems. His ability to reach different levels of government and international experience allow for coalition and consensus building, perfect to help COLDFALL grow into an international powerhouse.

Gene Haas

Gene has over 30 years experience in the Oil and Gas Industry and the Maritime Tanker industry. He is ideal to assist us manage the flow of product from the plant, make sure we are exceeding Industry standards in safety and manage the operation of the Mini Refinery increasing the diesel from #3 to Diesel #1 or even High-Octane fuel. He will be perfect to help COLDFALL increase our knowledge in Oil and Gas processing.

She has worked as a research chemist and senior scientist and has also served as a technology manager. Ronald A. Ragar

Director of Waste Operations/Logistics

More than 38 years’ experience in the waste management industry with a focus in the development and management of construction projects at landfills, transfer stations, and mining operations. Ron managed, directed and was responsible for approximately 3,500 pieces of front-line equipment and an additional 2,000 pieces of support equipment, estimated value of $1.5 billion. He has conducted operations and managed major landfills and transfer stations throughout the eastern region area covering approximately 14 states.

Sandra Salim Morales

Sandra Salim Morales

Sandra comes with over 25 years of experience as a legal assistant and paralegal. She has vast experience in preparing legal documents & pleadings required for Federal, District & County Courts in multiple states. She is a valuable member of the Board team, assuring standardized preparation of corporate documentation. She will be working with in-house counsel while assisting with Corporate Communications within the company & providing legal assistance for contracts.

As our Contracting Official, also known as a Contracting Officer (CO) or KO, Sandra is authorized by the Corporation to enter into, administer, or terminate contracts negotiated between the Corporation & the federal government & to assess related determinations in concert with our legal counsel & Board. In this role, she will act as the Corporate intermediary for the purposes of entering into future potential federal government contracts as the resources become available to benefit our ideals, while conveying the requirements of the government & ensuring that they are met.

Heidi A. Cool

Director of IT and Web Development

Heidi Cool

Heidi is a front end developer with a background in marketing and publishing. Additionally she works with certain backend technologies such as VPS, PHP and MySQL databases. Heidi has over 25 years experience in Web development and has been using the Internet since before the World Wide Web was launched. She has developed Web sites, Internet strategies and social media plans for small and large organizations within the U.S. and has collaborated with designers and developers within the U.S. and internationally.

Previously she served as Webmaster for Case Western Reserve University and as a product marketer for West, a Thomson Reuters company. Heidi also volunteers annually for GiveCamp, an event where professionals donate their time to create technology solutions for non-profit organizations.
